Nine menus, three ways of cooking

01 — Hog Roasts

Seven hours of slow fire, one unforgettable centrepiece.

Free-range local pork, scored and salted the night before, turned on a gas-fired spit from late morning and carved in front of your guests. The crackling is the point.

Pricing

What the per-head price already includes

Catering quotes are notoriously hard to compare because everyone draws the line somewhere different. Here is exactly where ours is.
  • The chef, on site and cooking, for the whole event
  • All cooking equipment, gas and refrigeration
  • Gazebo, lighting, power and hand-washing facilities
  • Serving tables, dressed, and disposable service ware
  • Travel within about 60 miles of Cambridge
  • Full clear-down and removal of all our waste

Priced separately, and always before you pay

  • Travel beyond 60 miles

A fuel contribution, quoted as a figure rather than a per-mile rate.

  • China, glassware and linen

An add-on at £225 for the event, when disposables will not do.

  • Staffed bar service

£450 for a licensed bar team, glassware and chilled storage.

  • Bespoke menus

Anything Adam writes for you specially is quoted on its own merits.

Children under twelve are charged at half the per-head rate and under-fives are free. The booking terms set out deposits, balances and cancellations in full.
