01 — Hog Roasts
Seven hours of slow fire, one unforgettable centrepiece.

The Classic Hog
The one that built the business. Carved to order, all evening.
- Whole slow-roasted free-range hog, carved by the chef
- Fresh floured baps and artisan rolls
- Bramley apple sauce and our house sage and onion stuffing
- Crackling served in paper cones
- All service equipment, gazebo and waste removal
Minimum 60 guests
The Full Feast
Hog roast plus a table of salads and sides that earns its keep.

- Herb-roasted new potatoes with garlic butter

The Cambridge Banquet
Full service, front to back — arrive as a guest at your own party.

- Second meat: slow-cooked beef brisket or spiced lamb shoulder
- Grazing board on arrival — charcuterie, cheese, breads
- Two desserts plus tea and coffee service
- Uniformed front-of-house team for the full event

02 — Barbeques
Cooked to order on the grill, not burgers in a warming tray.

The Fire Pit
Three things off the grill, done properly.
- 28-day aged steak burgers in brioche
- Butcher's sausages with caramelised onions
- Chargrilled harissa chicken thighs
- Two salads, homemade slaw and warm new potato salad
- Chef on the grill throughout, all equipment included
Minimum 30 guests
Low & Slow
Twelve-hour smoked barbeque with the full spread of sides.
- Smoked beef brisket and pulled pork shoulder
- Sticky glazed pork ribs
- Buttermilk chicken with house hot sauce
- Mac and cheese, burnt-end beans, cornbread, four salads
- Full crockery, cutlery and service team

The Garden Grill
Plant-forward and every bit as good as the meat menu.

The Working Buffet
For meetings, wakes, christenings and village hall afternoons.

A six-foot table of food as the room's centrepiece.

What the per-head price already includes
- The chef, on site and cooking, for the whole event
- All cooking equipment, gas and refrigeration
- Gazebo, lighting, power and hand-washing facilities
- Serving tables, dressed, and disposable service ware
- Travel within about 60 miles of Cambridge
- Full clear-down and removal of all our waste
Priced separately, and always before you pay
Travel beyond 60 miles
A fuel contribution, quoted as a figure rather than a per-mile rate.
China, glassware and linen
An add-on at £225 for the event, when disposables will not do.
Staffed bar service
£450 for a licensed bar team, glassware and chilled storage.
Bespoke menus
Anything Adam writes for you specially is quoted on its own merits.
Children under twelve are charged at half the per-head rate and under-fives are free. The booking terms set out deposits, balances and cancellations in full.
