Prices are per head and include the chef, the equipment and the clear-up. How hog roasts work.

Book your event
Build your quote as you go. Hold the date with a deposit invoice sent to your email, or send an enquiry to talk through the details.
Payment
Settle your deposit and balance directly by standard UK bank transfer. Account details and sort code are set out clearly on every invoice.
Simple & direct
Choose the invoice option when you book and you receive a formal, numbered invoice by email detailing your menu, headcount and event date. Due within 7 days.
Sent straight to your inbox
We regularly cater for companies, universities and public bodies. Add your Purchase Order number in the form notes and we will include it on the invoice.

Would rather not pay online at all? Ring 07946 773421 and Adam will take the booking over the phone and send the invoice afterwards.
After you book
An email with your reference number, the menu, the date, the guest count and the balance still to pay. That email is your confirmation — keep it.
A short call to go through anything the form could not capture: access, timings, where the fire can go and how your day is actually running.
We confirm the headcount, the dietary requirements and the timings, and the balance falls due. That is the figure you are charged for.
One more call to confirm nothing has moved, and to send insurance and hygiene documentation to your venue if they have asked for it.
Before you pay
The quote is an estimate
Travel beyond 60 miles is quoted separately, and the written quote Adam sends is the price. The online figure is there so you are not guessing.
Deposits are non-refundable inside 28 days
Outside 28 days the deposit is the only charge if you cancel. Inside it, the cancellation scale in the terms applies.
Numbers can move until 14 days out
Final numbers are confirmed 14 days before and that is what you pay for. Tell us early about large changes.
Direct & secure payments
All deposits and balances are paid directly by UK bank transfer against your official invoice.
Prices can be shown in EUR or USD
The currency selector converts the GBP price list at an indicative rate. Formal invoices are issued in GBP.
